Say hello to our Per Person Bar Package, where you pay a flat rate based on your guest count, and we handle the rest. Your guests can sip, savor, and celebrate all night long—it’s fun, easy, and keeps the good times flowing!

How It Works:

1. Choose your bar type and what you want available to your Guests.

- Beer and Wine Bar: A crowd pleaser.

- Full Bar: Beer, wine, malt beverages, seltzers.

2. Lock in your guest count, pay the flat rate, and enjoy unlimited drinks for the duration of your event. Easy and straightforward.

Why This Package Might Be Your Best Option:

If your group will be nearly all adults, nearly all big drinkers, have a shuttle or safe transportation arranged, and want to pay for your guests drinks all night long, a per-person bar package might make the most economical sense. Per Person package is for a minimum of 100 guests.

Steps to Confirm the Per Person Package

Step 1: Pay the bar setup fee which covers the bartender and bar setup. 4-hour event: $200. Bar setup fee is already part of Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner cost.

Step 2: Determine your per person package:

Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks: $20 per person

Beer, Wine, Malt Beverages, Seltzers, Soft Drinks: $25 per person

Step 3: Pay the Per Person Package cost when confirming guest count or 3 weeks before the event.

Plus, Tax & Gratuity

Tax is 5.5%. If a tip jar is allowed out all evening at the bar, no required gratuity is added to the final bill. If a tip jar is not approved, then the required 20% will be added to the total per person fee (not the bar setup fee).

Note: Can select which beers to have on tap but barrels are to be pre-paid.
