the Consumption Package

This option is all about flexibility and paying for exactly what your guests drink.  Perfect for those who like to keep things practical while still treating their guests to a beautifully stocked bar.

Here’s How It Works:

1. You get to choose the drink menu (beer, malt beverages, seltzers, and wine) so it’s 100% tailored to your vibe.

2. Any beverages outside of your approved menu will not be served or will be charged as part of a cash bar to the individual guest.

3. We’ll keep track of every drink poured during your event and you will be charged based on our very reasonable per-drink pricing.  At the end of the night, you’ll simply pay for the drinks actually ordered.

Steps to confirm the Consumption Package

Step 1: Pay the bar setup fee which covers the bartender and bar setup.   4-hour event:  $200.  Bar setup fee is already part of Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner cost.

Step 2: Decide which categories you want to host (domestic beer, craft beer, malt beverages, seltzers, wine).

Step 3: Put a credit card on file.

Plus, Tax & Gratuity

Tax is 5.5%. If a tip jar is allowed out all evening at the bar, no required gratuity is added to the final bill. If a tip jar is not approved, then the required 20% will be added to the total consumption amount (not the bar setup fee).
