Frequently Asked Questions
We are able to seat approximately 200 guests, and our parking lot holds 43 vehicles with overflow parking at Village Community Church (which is located at the end of our parking lot). We also have arrangements with several local businesses for overflow parking for larger events, so we will work to accommodate your needs. Our "mini hub", which is primarily for children's birthday parties, holds approximately 75 guests.
Please check our availability calendar (link in page header).
To reserve a date email us at gatheringhubwi@gmail.com saying you are ready to book XYZ date if it is still available. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to tour our venue and have checked our availability calendar. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis and whom starts the contract signing process first.
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. Please schedule using the button in our header above. Please note, our building is going through a full renovation, and tours will begin in September. We appreciate your patience!
When the contract is signed, we will require a deposit to hold your date (amount varies by event type). Payment dates will be specified in your contract but range from 2 to 4 weeks before your event date. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damage to our venue. Tax is applied to each payment.
For DIY events, you are responsible for all clean-up from your event. If you choose to utilize a party package, Gathering Hub staff will handle all standard clean up and trash removal.
We ask that our guests use common sense while using the Gathering Hub. Trash should be thrown away, floors swept, and the tables wiped clean. If the prep room was utilized, that area should be cleaned up as well. Please leave our space as you found it.
No. Gathering Hub provides the venue, tables, and chairs. Linens and tableware can be rented through us but are not included in the rental fee - the only exception to this is for weddings and rehearsal dinners as we provide white or black table coverings. You are also welcome to bring your own linens. Contact us for more information.
While we encourage decorating, no nails, tacks, or damaging adhesive should be used. You will be held responsible for any damage to the walls.
Fireworks are not permitted. This includes sparklers. We don’t want to scare the neighbors, and we want to keep the fire department happy!
